See how far you can swim in an hour. Registration required. No cost for club members. Non-members can participate if they are USMS members and pay the $10 workout drop-in fee or use their BOZE punch card.

When you register, please let Coach Janelle know if you plan to submit your results to USMS for the ePostal National Championships so we can ensure that the rules are followed.
