Annual Meeting of the Members

According to our bylaws, “The regular annual meeting of the members shall be held at such time and place as the Board determines, for the purpose of electing directors,receiving a report on the activities and financial condition of the corporation, and for the transaction of other business as shall come before the meeting.” Ten days’ notice is required, and “one-third (1/3) of the members shall be required to constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.” A member is defined as anyone with a current, paid-up membership plan. Punch card purchasers are free to attend the meeting, but do not have a vote.

We have a large table reserved in the “party room.” Colombo’s is not charging us for the room rental, so I would encourage you to eat dinner there, or at the very least, buy a drink.
