Scrimmage practice

We are kicking off National Adult Learn to Swim Month with some fun and camaraderie with fellow MT swimmers! Swimmers from Helena and MSU’s recreational team are going to join us at the Swim Center for a pentathlon session: 50s of each stroke. Warm up for the first 30 minutes followed by fun competition in one or all four 50s. Rendezvous at the Co-op after practice to hang out and grab a bite to eat.
