The annual Montana Masters State Championship is the biggest meet of the year for masters swimmers (age 18+) in Montana. It is held in a 25-yard pool every spring, and rotates around the state. The last time this meet was held in Bozeman was in 2016 (at MSU). This is the first time this meet has been held at the Bozeman Swim Center.
This is an open meet, so no qualifying times are required, and you do not have to live in Montana to participate. You do need to be a member of U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS) to participate, but one-event registrations, which cover both days of the event, are available for swimmers who do not wish to become annual USMS members.
Historically, 40-50% of the members of the Montana LMSC participate in this event every year. Whether you are new to competition or a veteran, this meet is a lot of fun.
